What is slink-about?
“Slink-about” is our own term for “walk-about”, which pretty much does what it says on the tin! Tabitha’s snakes and ladies are not exotic dancers or a strip act, rather more ‘curios’, if you like, designed to add an unusual and memorable talking point to your party, event or function.
You may hire up to 4 snakes and 3 ladies at any one time for your event and choose the theme for the costumes. Our wardrobe currently includes:

Pet reptile consultation
If you would like help or advice setting up a home for your own pet reptile, think about our consult service. Appointments last approximately one hour, during which time, one of our experts will help you consider everything from:
- Selecting a pet species best matched to your needs, requirements, constraints and wishes.
- Choosing the appropriate housing and equipment and setting up.
- Health and husbandry (inc. feeding, handling and common illnesses)

Scared?
We provide an informal one-to-one service if you have any fears or phobias.
Sessions are an 30 minutes to an hour long and progress at a pace you are comfortable with, whether it is working just with artefacts (animal hides, shed skins and pictures) or looking at, touching or handling real animals.
You may choose a particular snake from our collection or be recommended an individual that will suit you, whether it be 10 inches or 10 feet in length!
If you are photographer who yourself would like extra coaching or have a model who will require coaching before a shoot we can provide this as a “bolt on” service at a reduced rate.
