Branson Enacts Dispute Resolution Policy Against 

Porno Cyber Squatters

Richard Branson is set to enter Dispute Resolution after cyber squatters registered him namesake online.

Richard Branson - founder of the Virgin Group has been one of the first people to use ICANS's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) after cybersquatters registered richardbranson.xxx - following the realease of the .xxx domain name aimed at the porn industry.

Branson is not guaranteed to win. In order to secure the domain name Branson will have to lodge his case to the US National Arbitration Forum Panel and convince them that he has legal entitlement to the name. Branson is one of the first five UDRP complaints that have been filed over .xxx domain names in the last three weeks. The others allegedly being valero.xxx, heb.xxx, markafoni.xxx and foxstudios.xxx.
