Bill Warters interviews colleagues affiliated with the Program on the Analysis and Resolution of Conflicts at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. The group assembled in Syracuse September 27-28, 2007 for a conference and celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the PARC Program.
